All orders at Snapbuy can be returned within 14 days.

To offer you our return guarantee, we ask that you only try out the products as you would in a physical store and return the goods complete, unused, and undamaged.

If items are not returned in their original condition, it may lead to a reduced refund.

How do I proceed with a return?

  1. Register your return in our returns portal.
  2. Start by entering your order number and email address.
  3. Follow the instructions and select the items you wish to return.
  4. Once your request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines.

 

IMPORTANT: Please note that the return must be sent to the address provided by us, otherwise delivery may be refused. 

Once the return has arrived at our facility, our warehouse team will process it, and the amount will be refunded to you as quickly as possible. Please note that this process can take up to 3 weeks.

  • Visit our return center
  • Enter your order number and email address at the start
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you wish to return
  • Once your request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines.
  • Within 14 days of the delivery date
  • In an unused and resalable condition
  • In the original packaging with intact labels

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Discounted items (if applicable)

If the purchased product is defective, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.

We allow the exchange of purchased items for selectable variants. Once the exchange request is approved, the replacement item will be sent to you.

The following refund options are supported:

  • Refund to the original payment method
  • Refund as store credit (if applicable)

Instructions for shipping the returned products can be found in the email you received after making the return request.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. In case of approval, the refund request will be processed within 5 to 7 business days after approval.
