Lightweight , good suction. After cleaning filter it can be a little clumsy putting main body back onto battery pack . Super value for money. Very pleased with the delivery etc .
Delivery not fast. Packaging excellent
Delivery took a little longer than expected, but delivered safely

No big deal. It's just insurance - good to have if goods don't arrive. Although the goods arrived later than expected they did arrive.
The most terrible company I've ever dealt with
Light weight and powerful .
The vac works very well, and compares well with a Dyson vac i owned some years ago. It does not clog up with fluff when cleaning carpets like the vax machine it replaces. As a consequence i am pleased with its performance.

Great little machine, light to handle particularly for my elderly mother. Will definitely buy another..
Items received within the 5 working days.
We are very pleased with the hand held vacuum cleaner, which works very well and is proving very handy. The transaction went well and the cleaner arrived a few days after the order was placed. A very satisfactory transaction.
shaver is good but delivery time is rubbish
Prompt delivery and goods left safely
Unfortunately, these days, shipping insurance appears to be a necessary evil. There really should be no need for insurance if shipping companies provided a proper service.
Very pleased with the cleaner, so much easier to use than my pull along vacuum. Arrived on time with no problems. Would recommend.
Very satisfied
It came on time and was delivered to the correct address
This vacuum is an excellent buy. Very easy to use and light weight
Purchased fortunately wasn't required
I thought this might be a scam but turns out it came in the delivery time proposed, once i received the Shaver I can say it performs pretty well. Overall a good purchase so far.
Bought for my husband and he says its a smooth clean shave. Loves it.
Easy to order and pay for and arrived within five days as notified. The vacuum arrived in perfect condition and works exactly as stated on the website. What’s not to like.
The vacuum is so easy to use and brilliant on carpet wooden & tile floors
